Hi, traced the pedal this morning to make some modifications.
I omitted led part of the switch in the schematic.

CM has made a lots of drive pedals based on the same circuit such as Hot Drive'n boost, plexitone, ac-tone and others. Something new (almost new) is the way that they found to create negative voltage source with a cheap flip flop NE555.

But I have used both ICL7660 and 555 in some of my diy pedals, I have never get away a little noise when I tried tu use them in drive circuits.

A couple of corrections, C13 is connected to pin 5 of NE555, and i forgot to add the pulldown resistor after the 100R resistor, which is 10k connected to ground.
