Hey Guys.
I was just wandering if any1 can help me mod my ibanez DE7
I would love to replace my switch because its craping out on me
and I would love to add another momentary switch for
self oscilation.
Do you think thats possible? That would make a perfect delay!
HELP ME PLS!
Tnx

For the switch I imagine just find a new one and replace. I imagine true bypass would be a matter of figuring out how to make sure the original switching circuitry is kept on, figuring out how to handle the LED, and adding a 3PDT.
Momentary for oscillation probably requires measuring the amount of resistance provided by the feedback pot at the desired setting (my DE7's feedback knob will make it oscillate anywhere between 2 o'clock and 5 o'clock depending on where the mix/level knob is set), and then rigging a momentary to switch from the pot to a resistor of that value when stomped.
