If you're looking for these for the upcoming Aqua Puss pcb order, keep in mind that madbean and I are working on a mod so the pcb will accept either the MN3205 or the MN3005 with only a slight mod to the board (using jumpers).
Just in case......

Completely understand.... I've been spoiled by those damn things too.

Curious to hear the difference within the same circuit, though.

Luckly I have get one of last MN3005's from SBE two weeks ago, so I'm ready for at least one complited AP. I'll also try it with MN3205 and report differences

I joined the electro-music forum just to inquire about the chips being purchased (two people have placed orders with UTsource). And both replies to my PM's have been favorable....

<keeping fingers crossed for good luck> :D

Sorry about that !

I received them a couple of weeks ago. The last of my "red" boards was built and waiting. I demo'd every chip I got and they all checked out as compared to the 3005's I used prior (SB and theehman).

So....I'm happy with them

Is there a big difference between the MN3005 and the Cool audio MN3205? Seems they're both 4096 buckets?
