even the original Roger Mayer Octavio schemo traced by the Tyco people can be found here.

read more about the history here:

There´s a sucker born every minute - and too many of them end up in the bootweak pedal biz.

Had a chicago iron version in today. Identical to all the ruling schematics. Great unit.

One point; the DC jack adapter on the back was printed wrong. You would reverse the polarity if you'd follow that.

I've got a Chicago Iron Octavian Plus prototype (confirmed as #6/25 by Chicago Iron and signed inside) that I'm not sure what to do with...I've built a billion fuzzes already, so it doesn't get played.

You guys seem to have a handle on the schemo (as it's all over the internet), so no need to trace, I suppose:

I'll take a look tonight. It's for sale, but probably will still be with me for a few days at least...

Crap. Sorry Sinner, I was going to take better pictures this weekend, but a guy came and bought it from me today as soon as I got home from work. Wasn't even time to get the back off!

I've got a funky fuzz on loan from a friend that I could take shots of though...

Those are from the auction I've linked for record. It looks like ebay did some magic and downloading picts is not that easy. I had to play with webcode

I had one of those newer versions in (chicagoiron???) which was blown because the DC jack was wired different from what was written on the unit (it was wired for a normal DC adapter standard in pedals (+ on the outside, - on the inside of the barrel), the writing was the other way around)

The unit was a 1:1 copy of the older Tycobrahe schematic!

Yo! :thumbsup
I'm wondering why no one have done this earlier :)
Anyway, it's not 100% replica layout, but should be pretty close to original.
This one should fit 1590P1 enclosure and is sized for 42TM022 transformer.
In orginal octavias transformers are little bigger.
I will post later tighter layout for 125B enclosure.
