not easily 
- look up the data specs for both fets and compare their respective cut off voltages and drain currents etc. 
You will find that they are very different and you will therefore have to change drain and source resistors etc......
and the inherent gain of both on 9v supply etc. 
Not saying it cannot be done but THIS circuit was clearly not designed for J201 use
