I found several refereb=nces to it, but no thread with the schematic...so HERE it is.
<crap - I just saw that this was made in 1976, so if you could move it to the "post 1975 forum" I'd appreciate it AG>

Schematic contains mistakes....
This forum is ok for this unit.... The split is only approx. 1975 and more important is the split between the Boss/Ibanez/Dod (FET-switched) small-boxes stuff.

I know this unit has been mentioned because of the inductor based EQ in, IIRC, the Fulltone GT500 thread among others.
May I inquire what the errors in the schematic are ? Just curious.

Have a look at the schematic below - can you find the difference ?
with the given component values the center frequencies of the filters are:
205 Hz, 430 Hz, 734 Hz and 3 kHz which seems to be reasonable.

sorry to bump a zombie back to life and all, but i just copped one of these on evilbay for a paltry sum.
dead on arrival. first suspect were the three electros. replaced 'em, 2x 10uF and 1 100uF. fired up with a squeal. solder bridge. ooops.
fixed that, wango!! this thing actually sounds fairly good!
will not run on a 9v wart, despite having a 9v input jack. gotta be 18v i'm assuming, as 2 batts work great. ... very clean, very loud, you can def shade between different guitar tones and, well, "impersonate" them.
so anyways.... midrange 2 slider is broken, anybody got a good replacement for this they can reccomend? it's 1.34" long and seems to have 4 connections to the board. must admit i'm not used to slider pots, so advice is appreciated!!
thanks!

modman asked me to get some pics and verify the component values in the contested schematic,
i can't see well enough to read the damn values, but here's some phone pics for now...
the schematic is also missing a small transformer apparently...
