What can be used instead of the transistors pn 4303 and np 4250 pts? What are the provisions for

Update: Well, I found a local guy who was willing to fix my thumping Twister - Laurie at www.dingotone.com
He found that a trim pot was out of whack. (I guess the previous owner had fooled with it ) So, It's a great sounding phaser again! All is well!
