After reading this thread I don't remember anyone saying that they had built it with AWESOME results!
This looks like a terrific project. I love to hear the boasts and see the pictures. I'm missing that here.

This is a layout for the JJS amp, not the Zvex Nano.rasta_maleek wrote:this answer your questionkinski wrote:Anyone have a layout or pcb of this?!?

yes master, but it let him to try the zvexnano schems over the jjs layout with some mods. I did nanoamp mods but didn´t like it, much better tone is coming from the jj´s schem.culturejam wrote:This is a layout for the JJS amp, not the Zvex Nano.rasta_maleek wrote:this answer your questionkinski wrote:Anyone have a layout or pcb of this?!?

Not the volts man, it's the volt at that currentleejon wrote:Hi,
Does anyone has the original zvex power supply schematics?
Otherwise any idea how you could make the nixie power supple deliver 230volt??
Testing, testing, won too fwee

I use a variation on this for one of my amps:

I get 240v, enough for a 12AX7, 12AU7 and O/T. Should work fine for the Nano.

I have a preamp with a gain and post volume and want to connect the line output of the preamp to the power section of the Nano.
Considering the schematics provided by biggs(thanks!), I outlined the power section as red and marked the power amp input.
Am I right? Is something else necessary to do it?
Thanks!

I think the whole point is to build a fuly valve amplifier in a stompbox size enclosure including preamp and power section where the dirt or clean sounds comes from both sections, the power amp might give you about 200mW considering its class A amplifier. By the way the power amp input is the last triode input which is using only half 6021 where the input capacitor would be C10.Ringbox wrote:I have a preamp with a gain and post volume and want to connect the line output of the preamp to the power section of the Nano.

but, my preamp is also all-tube(4 x 12ax7) , so I need only mini power amp to play at speech levelslietuvis wrote:Ringbox wrote: I think the whole point is to build a fuly valve amplifier in a stompbox size enclosure including preamp and power section where the dirt or clean sounds comes from both sections, the power amp might give you about 200mW considering its class A amplifier.

well then look for schematics over here, pushpull amplifier using 1X6021 is first schematic that I would suggest.
