The tone stack is drawn wrong for a Hiwatt.
It will still work but will have a very different response than a real hiwatt tone control.
The plots here show the difference, green lines are the correct plots;

One question wasn't answered there: Is R11 positioned correctly? The way it's drawn, the tonestack is in a feedback loop, which isn't the case in the original amplifier:
