Millenium Bypass invest working

Hello from Argentina! This is my first post here! I hope to be able learn from you and to help you!

Ok, this is the problem: I've build a Big Muff Triangle (tonepad pcb: http://tonepad.com/project.asp?id=3) and it works really great. Now I'm trying to put it a led indicator with a millenium 2 board (i cannot obtain a 3PDT switch in my city), I've already made this circuit:

And it's working good, but.. The led turns ON when the effect is OFF and OFF when the effect is ON!! I'm going mad, i don't know what to do about it... I'm using a bs170 and the chassis as GND, so I'm using a positive-tip DC adapter.
Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong? here is a picture of the back of the chassis:
