Let me start by saying I am new into stompbox building.

Now, lets say we have a Fuzz Face circuitry.
I was thinking of puting a stage before the Fuzz Face, like a "Pre-Gain" (based on a Linear Power Booster by EHX just to see if it works).

How can I wire this two circuits using this SPDT switch?

It will definitely work: Single transistor boost stage -> fuzzface = tonebender MKII.

You'll need a DPDT switch to "bypass" the boost stage.
