EPFM Super Tone Control Ground problem

I'm really struggling on this one.
My build is fully working except for a loud ground hum, no matter how I power it (tried also with batteries).
Is this a know issue or there something I don't know about it?
the two grounds in the schematic have to be treated like a Aground and Vground?


(I'll post pics of my build as soon as I can)

I assume the 2 grounds are at 1 point tied together?

The pots' chassis needs to be grounded.

Where is that layout from?

this layout it's mine, i didn't found a pcb layout on the web...
all the missing grounds are connected by the metal enclosure
