Yes, my version is fully functional: I can only suggest checking the usual stuff, pinout, cuts, switch wiring etc.

Your box looks very cool, btw. Just wait til you hear the Fat mode...

Yes B.A.T., VERY nice work on the enclosure! :thumbsup

I don't know what's going on with the mods.....they don't seem to come around much anymore, I guess(?)
Oh well, it will eventually get moved, I'm sure......

Very nice!!!
Here is my v1.1 layout . I've included a jumper to connect the errant capacitor, I also moved the 1k input resisitor from the plexi side to the fuzz output so when the fuzz is bypassed it has no effect on the plexi circuit.Hopefully it's right now and I can verify this weekend . Still not sure how I'm going to box it yet

Thanks guys! I'll take it apart and check it all over again. I just saw an inconsistence between Nocentelli and jallenshaw's layouts. That 100pF capacitor on the fat side, wich one is correct? the one next to the 2n5089 or in parallel with the 1M resistor?

and crw414tele, maybe I'll jump ahead of you and try to verify it today, let's see

100p parallel with the 1M is correct....Nocentelli had acknowledged that error in an earlier post.

Thanks, so I got it right yesterday, following the schematics. And I just got the Fat mode working, it was a small motherfuckin' solder bridge, and this thing sounds awesome! Whoa! Thanks guys! :horsey:

At a glance, the only thing(s) I see missing are the 1k input resistors into each channel.

You right sir. The 1k 'cutting the radio' resistors.
I'm thinking: the 11p06 is really necessary? what they do in pratice?

If i use the catalinbread wiio as amp section it work ok? is not too marshall'ish and very receptive to input effects. In fact i dont want to match j201's. Is a bad idea use bs170 in this aplication?

The another part (is a jfet marshall 'simulator') is exactly a wampler plexi drive with diferent labels... i will post when finish the draw.

A full schematic is on page 3

Basically a 2-channel fuzz into a plexi-drive

batteryacidtea , go for it . I still have 6 hrs at work and some sleep before I get to try. I'm really curious how much fuzz and boost is generated by this circuit.

those two input stages are not fuzzy on their own. the fuzz comes from slamming the first JFET stage with the output of those boosts.

That's what I was wanting to see , and also seeing as the original was pushing the plexi circuit , whether it would do something similar but different with the black 65 or tweed 57 or just more of the same
##also just noticed that the 5089 side output capacitor says 4.7pf on my layout when it should be 4.7n [4n7]##
I'll update the layout tomorrow and try to verify.
