Please give me more details or make a sketch, i cannot see it. :hmmm:

The R11 ground connection dot was missing.
C5 have got the wrong polarity.
The output jack was the wrong type.

Probably the only difference is the OC44 PNP Mullard transistor. Because they have same controls, only an older version are without the 3Q but still with the HiFi-LoFi.
