Where to connect (my transformer got 5 wires and the one in the schematic 4, also the same with the socket, mine is different than the schematic).

If the 3 cables are your input, you got the option to feed it with 110v or 220v (cable 1 + cable2 = 110v; cable 1 + cable 3 = 220v) If the 3 cables are your output, then you got a central tap, useful when you need a dual voltage configuration, like +9v / -9v and central tap goes to ground.
Any way, verify this before connect any thing (I think I'm missing something)

Oh I know found that it is written

Black-PRI 220V 50Hz
Red-SEC 6VAC X2 1A
GREY-C.T

so are the black one the input, the red ones once are the output and the grey is ground?

The black ones are the incoming mains supply - correct.

The connection to the output leads depends on the AC voltage you want - your circuit calls for 12V AC, so use the two red wires, and don't connect the grey wire to anything - just insulate the end of it so that it can't touch anything.

Oh. My transformer is 2x6v. Can I get more than 12v (about 16?)
