EH - Slapback Echo (factory schematic 1978)

Don't really know whether it's correct/rare or worth posting at all, but thought I'd share it anyway:

(link deleted, check Stephen's link below)

CJ Eletronics lists it as 'non proven' (that it's the EH SB or that it is correct?)

I don't have both schematics handy right now but how did this differ from the EH Full Double Tracking Effect?

Neither do I, but it may just have been a name change. On the other hand I believe the FDTE used the MN 3005 with a 4047 clock driver.

The copy I have of the Full Double Tracking Effect schematic says "Revised Slapback Echo" and ran off a CD4047BE and a MN3005.

Hi,

The Slap back uses an SAD 1024 and it does not really give a slapback effect as delaytime is too short.

Yes I have serviced one of those, didn't look too close on the schematic but it appears to be fine.

This one was a little disappointing

Have fun

Redrawn Schematic :-

I might see about converting this one to the 3007 & 3207.
