With SMD, it's almost impossible for us to draw it from these gutshots !!!

I bought one of these to demo it, and it is honestly the shittiest pedal I have heard of any type. I was going to trace it, but decided it wasn't worth any effort at all. I promptly returned it.

Don't waste your time with it; it is complete shit, I swear.

That demo pretty much reflects the full range of what that pedal can do.

The volts knob will starve it and you can get some gating and fuzziness. The bias and gain knobs do pretty much the same thing - change the pedal's volume.

At no setting did it sound good enough to consider breadboarding, much less buying.

Hmm listening to the videos it sounds like what i built by accident when i pulled one of the two transistors out of my Fuzzrite clone. Kind of an alright OD that cleans up like a fuzz to a bright treble boosty clean. I ran that pedal like that for a while, it made a decent-ish booster for an already dirty amp, and a max settings it actually made a pretty o.k. amount of distortion.

Of course, i tend to like many of the most terrible sorts of sound! :D

Is "SMD Transistor" PNP?
Do you resemble "Fulltone"69Pedal?

Am I the only one who likes that? Wierd... Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I'm a bassist. :D

I´ve seen that.... maybe I should have written: Only one of the (restamped?) NKT 275 ?

The weight is on NKT 275.......
I am sure that the SMD is not Germanium.... in the EH "Germanium"-OD...

Here ya go.
This is a very good sounding overdrive. Wonder what its based on? Can do awesome light bite or even freakout kinda ring mod stuff with the voltage knob.

although this thing can no doubt put out some really shitty sounding tones, i really like some of the raw od sounds it produces. it seems like it would be really good for punk or garage rock. at the very least, it's an overdrive that doesn't sound like a tubescreamer- that in itself is worth noting. and i think it's kind of cool that EH isn't afraid to have settings on their pedals that go all the way into crap, because sometimes, on the edge of those crap settings is something really cool. that being said, i think the voltage starve pot would've probably be put to better use on a pedal with a bit more gain.
