Hi,

does anybody know more about this pedal? It's actually a Jordan Bosstone plus a tone control and some kind of bass booster. I have looked for a schematic but maybe somebody knows more about it or how to achieve these things the appropriate way.

Thanks,

Volker

i've been google-ing for a while with no result...

maybe someone can trace one?

Comes more time, comes a schematic. Right now I can't do it, so if someone's in a hurry I can give him the parts values. The transistors are a 2N2907 and a MPSA18. The upper IC is a H11F3, a photo FET optocoupler (for whatever they used it here). The other one is a TL062.

Bypass switching as in all VL pedals.

seems like a complex way to add some tone control to a bosstone...
i was hoping for something simpler, but still looking forward to a schematic, or maybe even a torchy vero layout? :?:

There is a "2SD95?" for Q2 in the schematic. Is that the correct part or is it something else? Someone mentioned a 2N2907...

Wow, it takes all that extra stuff to ruin the sound of a perfectly good Boss Tone? :hmmm:

It was a TO18 metal can transistor with a "D95" mark on it. 2N2907 is in To18 packgage, but i have found no 2sd95 datasheet. So, 2N2907 is probably right.

Yes, but it's heavily modified. I'll put it up here if you want.

I loaned my Superfuzz out to this incredible guitar player; he loves it and bought his own.

Now the problem is that the new one sounds different. He checked it with mine and LOVES mine.......
