Older DOD 280 optical compressor, almost identical to the later version. The compression pot was a 5M. Pots were soldered directly to the PCB.
This was a basket case on ebay when I picked it up with no knobs, no FS and a jack missing. I choose some old knobs out of the bin that looked good.
I have the schemo around some where...I'll post it when I find it.

I've never seen that version of it. Note that the circuit board says 230, and not 280.

I have a later orange 280 which is one of my favorite guitar squishers ever.

Is there written 280 or 280A written on it ? 280A is slightly different.
