It's a tuturial starting out on how to check pcb traces after etching.
At 3.20 he explains how to use SOLDERWICK to tin the traces before soldering the components. He applies solderflux to the wick, then saturates it with solder and use that to tin the board by apply heat to the solder-drenched wick.
Don't forget to clean the flux off!
