Bipolar power supply

Does anyone have a schematic for a 15 to 18 volt bipolar power supply? I would prefer one that uses batteries, and not ac voltage. I found RG Keens charge pump converter, but this is 9 volts. Anyway to make this into a higher voltage bipolar circuit?
