Re: Glass Blower - (annoyed!)
One doesn`t even need to use large capacitors, but can go DC-coupled: http://www.edn.com/contents/images/45890.pdf

Re: BAJA Korg CX3 Rotary Effect [documentation]
Hey Baja - Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the diodes in the bridge rectifier wired the wrong way around? In yours, the junction of the anodes connects to the positive DC supply. I tried this and I nearly blew up the 2200 uf cap. So I tried flipping the diodes around and it worked fine. Normall...

Brilliant build WMK, looks fantastic! Here is a video demo of my build for anyone interested. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q-MJ8rC7jQo If you're using my vero make sure to add in a power supply filter cap after the drop resistor , it makes a massive difference in clearing up some of the fizz inh...

Re: BJF - Honey Bee Overdrive degooped [traced]
Sounds very good. Here's what I dont get about this chip in degooping business... I still dont see a finalized degooped schem? We have madbeans, is that authentic? Kurtlives, This question has already been answered many times. It is the final and correct schematic. My drawing came directly from the...

Re: Lovepedal - COT50
I just verified my vero project I posted. I do need to mention a couple things though... I wasn't taking into account that the 220n caps (subbed for the one 47n cap) would be larger than the standard caps, so they should have at least one hole space between them instead of right next to each other ...

I lost pad 2 on the gain and had to jump it. The pot had a 47p cap across 2&3 and it snaged the pad on the way out. I'm sure C-bread will warranty that for me :slap: Ack wat'd you do that for buddy? I probably won't cover the warranty but if you need a hand getting it back together feel free to...

Re: hi Forward Voltage Ge diodes
nope. different kind of circuit. two series diodes still don`t make a circuit, but can serve a purpose. uh, okay. Are you sure you need a higher drop? How does it sound with a Si one? as i said in the post above yours- it sounds like ASS. You mean: spluttery? or gated? that`s why I asked!

Re: $40 Daphon delay - Analog modders plaything.
Anyone wanna chip in on 205's issue? Just before I order the chip is the MN3101 suggested for the V3205 to function properly (this is my first trip into delay territory and I wanna do it in one order due to the distance, time and shipping costs) and will I get better results with the V571 rather th...
