For the tone potentiometer, a 20K potentiometer is required. However, I can only find a 20K W-taper that is also used with a Tubescreamer. Can I also use this for this? Or do I have to go to a 25K version?

Anyone have an idea why the Orange Drop capacitor is in the image below? At the level of the selector switch, on the terminal strip at the tube sockets. I do not see this reflected in the diagram, but also not in the building description.
