Re: Pete Cornish - TB-83 [goop-alarm]

Greg Fryer gives a hint on the TB-83 (and his own boosters) on his blog in his design "Grand Poobah 3-in-1 booster" here:

Re: Friedman BE-OD Pedal [traced]

If I max everything I think I can see both setd of LEDs lighting up, but one is very faint and can only be seen when looking from the top of the leds. Could be my imagination though.

Re: Friedman BE-OD Pedal [traced]

Why don't we have a BE OD with just 3 controls. Volume Gain and Treble. The rest of the knobs on the original pedal don't actually do very much. Re: Friedman BE-OD Pedal [traced]

I've completed my build with bugg's pcb. Had a bit of oscillation at first, which was due to the input and output wires being too close at the footswitch. Easy fix and now it works flawlessly.

I actually made it 2-channel, with a second footswitch to select between separate gain and volume controls.

Re: DIY Attenuator

If an amp is badly designed, e.g. with undersized output transformer (as is common with low-budget amps these days), it could break when running at full blast for extended times. However, it shouldn't matter if it's playing into a speaker, attenuator or dummy load. I don't see any reason why an L-pa...
