a while back, i found this article at a local library and put the circuit on a breadboard, IIRC ... the tone section is pretty useful .... i only tried it with guitar at the time ... i may box it up sometime ...

Vbias is a common abbreviation for Bias Voltage ... in most stompbox circuits that run off a 9V battery, Vbias is set to approximately 4.5V ....Tummy ))) wrote: What is the Vbias?

since you're now also running the status LED on a higher voltage, an additional result is that the LED will be brighter ... therefore, an appropriate silly name would be the "Light Brite Rat"
