Re: 2 8ohm speakers Plus 2 16ohm speakers and one fender dev

Get the correct replacement speaker, in the meantime you could use just use the 8ohm speakers wired in parallel (should be 4 ohm) and make it a detuned closed back cabinet (just need to cut a new piece of wood for the back).

check this cabs for example

as far as $200 price for $20 in parts is concerned - i really don't get the hate. +1 I think that most of the people who complain about 200$ boutique pedals are students who don't have money to buy them or, if they work, they're employee. If look at this pedal prices from a different point of view ...

any info on reverend bass contour?

I saw that many people seems to be happy with the reverend bass contour control, does anyone on the forum has seen the guts of those guitars?

It could be just a high pass control but maybe it's more elaborate.

Why don't you try opensource software?

I'm using both commercial and opensource software.

just search on sourceforge.com

there are audio recording software, midi sequencers, trackers avialable for amiga/pc/macos/unix and linux.

I tryed with my band a tc electronic vintage delay (which is basically the same pedal) and it's a great delay. Very good sounding. It's used also with keyboards and vocals and sounds great.
We have a sequencer with a drum machine and it takes the delay time from it. Great!

I'm going to try the mods on an old rebote pcb I have at home. I stopped using it after building the pt-80 but now i have a good reason to work on it again!

the 69 and 70 fulltone enclosure is perfect for me:
you can build almost everything in there, from fuzz to chorus
and even a tubedriver would fit in there.

But It could be a pt2399; two of the 4 harmony central review refer to a non functioning unit because of unwanted noise. It could be possibly just a pt2399 pushed too hard. Looks like a 350$ "rebote" delay ripoff or am I wrong. Maybe the reviews are not objective and the pedal is really nice but a d...

you should use different values for c2 and c5 so you can make different clipping at different frequencies.
