Never ever build from a layout that isn't accompanied by a (correct) schematic. Start from a verified schematic then put a layout you want to use next to it. Yellow cap (C8 ; with a plus in the silkscreen) is Tantalum. The blue cap are multi dip, sometime they are sold in yellow color like the tant as well. I meant in the schematic.
