As IvIark said, tone pots are normally linear (B). Common tone values that are good to have on hand are 10K, 50K, & 100K.

Yes, after etch. What I do is this: I heat up my etched board in a toaster oven, low to med temp for 4-5 mins. abcfab on Ebay has the blue CEM. I've never noticed any blue FR4, but he has the CEM in blue. The main difference is the temperature range... unlike FR4, the CEM will bubble up and scorch if you put it in a toaster oven to warm up the board prior to tinning, so keep the CEM away from too much heat. ...

Im a big fan of the muriatic/peroxide solution. 2 parts H202 to 1 part HCl(Muriatic). Cheers for the recipe. What about the concentration of H2O2 and HCl (I guess it might change things...)
