Re: IMPORTANT -- how to save your account from deletion
We should keep on emphasizing the importance of keeping the attachment file size. No black/white schematic needs to be 600k. But it's mostly those 1MB direct from the camera gutshots that are dragging us down. Johan, have you considered running a script over the attachments to resize/resample at lo...

Obviously something went wrong with the GodiksenNet site.On 2010-12-27 GodiksenNet.com went back online using WordPress.
In a short time all schematics and articles will be back online.

The only disappointing thing about it. There are a number of artists, not 'endorsed' by Dunlop, who could have made interesting contributions to this. Other than that, excellent vid!sinner wrote:This is sponsored by Dunlop Inc.

Re: Catalinbread Heliotrope [guts+ schematic + PCB layout] [traced]
Sorry folks, completely missed these earlier replies/questions. Is that the correct value for R9? Isn't the value for the BIAS resistor for the LM741 a 47K and not a 1K as in the schem (both schems)?. The value of R9 was confirmed by Nic from Catalinbread. It's value isn't on the original images. Re: My idea for component database and project finder software
Here's a rough list of features I'm working on: a project database, with the individual components cataloged user inventory list, where you log the parts you have to-do list, of the projects you want to build to-buy list, with the parts you need to build the projects on your to-do list could-build l...

Re: Mid-Fi Electronics Pitch Pirate [guts, schematic] [traced]
the 386 doesnt need an input cap. and the switch pad is switched to ground when the pedal is on. the ldr shouldnt be connected to this pad though, it should be straight to ground. Shouldn't pin 4 (GND) of the TL072 be straight to ground too? Or is there a reason for only connecting it when the peda...

Re: PCB Transfer Help
I wouldn't scrap the board, if the toner has bonded well then you can put a bit of pressure into it without the toner coming loose. Don't use fingernails or anything sharp or you'll scratch the toner. I use my thumbs, and work from the edges in. Getting the paper off the parts with toner is less cri...

Re: Mid-Fi Electronics Pitch Pirate [guts, schematic] [traced]
I've just redrawn this in eagle and I'm curious about the arrangement at the bottom of the schematic posted. As it is drawn, the TL072 won't have a ground connection until the SW point is grounded. Should it perhaps be just the LEDs which are connected to SW, and all others grounded?
