Re: EH Echoflanger [schematic]
it does seem okay, any builds? the new stereo poly chorus (both large chassis and die-cast aluminum) run with one MN3008 and one MN3009. Suprised to not see any gutshots of those here... The circuitry is a lot different, but does anyone know how it compares to the sound of the old one? This seems o...

Re: EH Echoflanger [schematic]
After I posted this I dumped the rotary switch and 4053 in favour of an SPDT toggle for the disconnecting the LFO and switching to A steady DC and a 3PDT toggle for the other changes in the audio path and the clock cap. I ended up replacing the blend switch with a full wet/dry blend pot and added a...

Re: EH Echoflanger [schematic]
This thing is a bitch to route. Just a friendly suggestion 8) You really do not need all that real estate for the 2P4T rotary switch. You can pick up GND anywhere and you only need 3 connection points for the contacts. You could probably buy yourself quite a bit more space if you don't incorporate ...

Anyway, ignore previous schematic. Biasing for MN3007 wrong.
Here.
Nah, they're a Reticon R5101.

Here's the MN3007 version schematic.
Bypass + Blend switching still as per original.

Re: EH Echoflanger [schematic]
OK, After comparing schematics, this is what I have come up with in addition to the changes above: 1) D2 and D5 are 1N4001 diodes. 2) D3 needs to be a 5mm RED DIFFUSED LED. I believe this is crucial for providing the correct Vbb to the SAD chips. 3) C18 is a 1n cap. 4) C24 is a 2.7n cap These are o...

Re: EH Echoflanger [schematic]
Here's a redraw of the schematic. Couple of values I am unsure on. They have question marks next to them. I can't remember how rigorous I was in verifying every component all those years ago. I'd appreciate if people cast their eyes upon it and saw if they could spot any glaring errors that my eyes ...

Re: EH Echoflanger [schematic]
OK, For the "conversion to MN3007" wankers, again, it's a matter of doing it. No special magic involved. Stop begging for a schem and start studying dammit. A MN3007 can be used in place of a SAD1024. Setback is reversing the supply power from negative to positive ground (easy) and having...

Re: EH Echoflanger [schematic]
Thanks Ron! Mind if I put that document on my site? I've had it in mind to update this project for some time. It was actually the pedal that gave me the impetus to pick up this hobby. Since I'm returning to the hobby after a long hiatus. It seems somehow poetic to make this one a priority to work on...

Re: EH Echoflanger [schematic]
TR1 + 2 are just signal level adjustments for the compander and SAD1024.
The rest you have right.
Analogkid on here has built this from my project file. He might have some tips.
Good luck!

The layout comes from my site where there is contact info. http://electroconducive.googlepages.com Hey Paul! Excellent project BTW... the...

Re: Jen - KPS900 Phase Shifter [schematic]
I made that Schematic. When I got the pedal, there was no IC in place of the 4007. I was drawing it up on the assumption that it was a 4009, or 4049. That's why the schem looks drastically wrong. I still have the pedal, will pop a 4007 in there. If anyone has any requests, feel free to pm. I didn't ...
