Thanks for posting!
any progress on the PPF?
If you can provide track side photos on the PPF I could help sorting out the schematic!

Re: Fulltone - Supa-Trem
Hi There I've heard in a few songs (don't remember, could be radiohead?) a very nice tremolo effect on guitar that seems to ramp down its speed. Chord attack was really fast then in one second or so it would start ramping down utill it was really slow. Anyone knows if there is a way of implementing ...

Re: Electronic Bypass
Does the input signal allways need to be buffered to then be sent through this type of system?? Say I want to use this electronic switching to control a fuzz face type circuit that really doesn't like to see a buffered signal in front of it, could I get away with the first IC and feed the FX IN and ...

Re: Fulltone - Fat-Boost [traced]
Thanks for the input RnFR, it does make a lot of sense, I'll try to match the trail to the top layer and see that since I put the pedal back together, but I kind of checked this a few times and got to the same conclusion. They wouldnt use different pinout 5457 would they?
Thanks!!

Re: Fulltone - Fat-Boost [traced]
Hi Guys just came upon this one and it has really puzzled me. This is a Fulltone Fat Boost V1 (one tone knob) and it is rather different than all the schematics I've seen floating arround for ages. To start off it's nof a Mu Amp arrangement and the gain is done via source biasing and not like a pre ...

Hughes & Kettner Rostosphere MK1
These are the best shots I could get without disconecting the whole bundle. It's a friking pain to open it and slide the board out and then there are wires everywhere keeping it to open up nice for a good shot. I'm not shure you can see it in the pictures but it employs 2 sets of BBDs and Clocks. If...

Nothing says boutique like SMD,SMD and goop together in a pedal must be ors concurs... but nonetheless here are some pics for your apreciation. Nothing special sounding about this one IMHO It fuzzes the sound but that's about it. https://img218.imageshack.us/img218/5287/dsc09268g.th.jpg https://img4...

Re: Rockbox - boiling point [traced]
I agree its hyped up and really pricey, but the PGS soundclips sound very nice to my ears, and it doesn't sound like a TS to me. I'm not defending anybody, I know there are several production tricks that may or may not have been used to record the clips, but two things: sounds very nice and doesn't ...

Re: Fulltone Catalyst [traced]
I've allways enjoyed fulltone's ethic approach on pedals descriptions (and everything else, by the way): Back in the day, when he still had plenty and cheap Ge tranniesthe 69' was THE shite, "from screaming leads, crunch and boost, it'll do anything" kinda thing. Then same sales arguments ...

Re: Menatone - King of the Britains
I've finished this build yesterday. I must say I'm quite happy with it. http://www.menatone.com/menatone_2006/workingmans_blue.html acording to mena's site the "workingman's blues" features a rather curious SAG control. I wonder if the same can be achieved in this project (KOB), and if any...
