Anyway, tomorrow I'll try to change all the power transistors, I read that blowing fuses is usually caused by having blown one of them..is there any way to see wich one is gone bad? just to keep the remaining as spare parts..

Re: Maestro - Brass Master : the corrections [schematic]

I was reading the whole topic to correct a clone I made years ago, wich never sounded good..so looking at the schem I wondered if the part of the BRASS swtich is correct..won't it be more sensed if placed beetween C13 and C14 instead of misbiasing Q7? I'm referring to this schem http://www.geofex.c...

Re: Zoom Ultra FUzz UF-01 - (Zoom's Fuzz Factory Plus) [schematic]

mine arrived yesterday! tonight I'll try it with my band. Anyway yesterday I had some time to make some investigation. First of all there's a chip 2352D jrc wich actually is a charge pump. On the four op amps remaing 3 runs at 8.something Volts (the input voltage is filtered by a tranny) while the f...

Yeah, someone should re-up those in another place..actually I'm waiting for a Power Drive wich I bought for 25 euros!!
I'm not so expert with smds, I'll try to took some pics for tracing, I wanted to know if it's possible to power it with more than 9V as I always do with my dirt pedals..

Re: Fulltone - Bass Drive [traced]

Anyone can tell me, why on mine, when I use the boost channel I got those weird lfo-like oscillations? it's not squealing, the "rate" changes as I increase gain..

Thank you man! My bass player has one of those. It's a great value for the buck and even if it's built like a tank, having a schematic for repair is great! :thumbsup

Re: 6N16B True tube overdrive with SMPS supply

I resume this post for some questions.. Today I finished my valve pedal..it works flawlessy except for boring HUM, it sounds similar to a 60hz cycle hum, but that's strange since my power adapter is hum free..as soon as I connect other dirt pedals with a daisy chain they became useless as the hum ri...
