I have been told about Source, Princes Auto, Active parts but none of these seem to carry basic things like even potentiometers..Any place i miss...

Searched ebay.ca but it seems everything being sold is from USA so the postage bumps up the prices. Everything also seems far more expensive than UK. Is that the case?

It seems you might have bought 2.5mm dc socket. Get 2.1mm which is the standard size for pedals and dc power plugs.

While scavenging for P-JFET's i came across these components. I believe they are FET's as they were in the switching part of a hi-fi system and they look like 2SK772's. The number reads J460 K96M. Cannot seem to find any info on google. Does anyone know what are these?
