From looking at the photos, R1 looks like 4M7 to me (yellow-violet-black-yellow-brown) but i could be wrong. Indeed, I measured R1 with 470k an R2 with 2M2. I made some my drawing for this project but there is some incongruity with this PCB picture and schematic. There is no R2 C2 components on this PCB, also I traced only from top side and I don't have some values. Work is still in process so the corrections are on the way.

Is it possible to have several isolated outputs starting from a single power supply using PWM ICs like the SG3525, give a look here. http://www.aresaudio.com/stomps-power-supply.html Supply with switching technology and half-wave rectification, I don't think that it's good solution for audio equipm...

Right, high voltage is about 203 V and heater voltage is DC 6.3V stabilized. Only one half of tube used, I don't like that style of unusing half tube. It certainly could be used since the tone is not something striking.
