Re: VOX AC15 [JMI] Replica Layout and schematic

I would go 1w (at least) carbon film for most of it - she's a noisy cunt. Go with 3w in PS and at least 1w in PA. PA input grinds may be less. Cathode bias resistor go wild, 10w with heat sink

Re: Need help with JCM800 preamp

What's your aim with PI done like that? Why PI in preamp design in first instance? It's wrong on many levels.

Just stop after MV

Re: Hermida Audio - Dover Drive

Hermida Audio is owned by Lovepedal, right?

How many Lovepedal original designs have you ever seen?

The only thing that guy is good at is recycling old, proven designs

My guess? Joe Davisson's Dual Mos

Probably the file is bigger than maximum size forum can take. Lower the size or upload it to photobucket and link it

Re: Maxon - AD-900 MN3008 version [schematic]

The AD-900 is a bit darker than some delays. I'll be experimenting with the cap values in the filter sections to see if I can brighten things up a bit. Most analogue delays have similar topology. I've noticed that C44 cap from your schematic is not present on Boss DM-2 Also in emphasis/de-emphasis ...
