The 30 Amp fusewire I use is approximately 1mm in diameter - it makes a nice rigid assembly. Most Electrical wholesalers stock it here in NZ. It's easier and cheaper to redraw the pcb to use more common used pcb jacks than order just a pair of them.
In this build i will bend the leads and use epoxy glue to hold the jacks to the pcb.

They don't have them anymore, i think.
