Re: Origin Effects Cali76?
You're tracing the Asian clone or a real Cali76? The original Cali76. I have my doubts that the Asian clone is actually a clone of the Cali. The Cali is SMD, stacked PCBs loaded down on both sides with components, and considerably different from the actual 1176 schematic posted above. It wouldn't b...

Re: Origin Effects Cali76?
It's a bit more than a handful of JFETs and BJTs... There are two PCBs loaded on both sides with SMD components. I can also say with confidence that the Asian clone sold on AliExpress is not the actual Cali76 circuit. Just for perspective I'm about half way through tracing one, and this is what the ...

Re: Caroline - Wave Cannon [traced]
Although a completely different circuit otherwise, the MKII adds an additional series 1K resistor between the input and the node where the feedback is introduced.
This helps to prevent pedals in front from swamping out the feedback effect.
I'll get that schematic up for yall shortly.

Re: Nux Steel Singer Overdrive - anyone interested in gut shots? [schematic]
It's definitely a TS.
It's the same PCB as the NuX OD-3, just in a rebadged enclosure.

I'll pull Q13 later and throw it on the DCA75, but I think we might be looking at a BC847B. (1F marking)

Re: MF-Drive
I'm familiar with SMD film caps, learned about those the hard way years ago. I can measure them all, it's not a problem. Since you can't safely remove the film caps you have to isolate them from the circuit by removing all surrounding components, then you can make an accurate measurement while...

Re: MF-Drive
I have one here, I'll pull all the caps and measure them.
You've already done most of the hard work.
Were there any other questions that needed to be revisited?

Re: 9v battery goes to 4.5v when plugged into a stompbox
I know this is an old thread, but just for future reference those 47W SOT-23 packages are most likely going to be PMBFJ113. https://www.mouser.com/datasheet/2/302/PMBFJ111_112_113-1127556.pdf Most of the SMD code lists / lookups will say its a BAS40 like Plush mentioned but I'm working on a trace no...

Re: Revv - G3 [traced]
Q6 is a bypass mute circuit.
I don't think you're going to find as many differences as you'd expect.
The oscillation isn't a widespread problem, I think that was mostly with vero builds?

Re: Looking for an LED mount
This may be what you already have, it's pretty close but the angle of the bevel might be slightly different.
This is the 5mm version. I don't have a pic of the 3mm but it's similar.

Re: Laney Black Country Customs Tony Iommi Signature Boost Pedal
Month and a half! Any updates?? The trace is done, it just needs to be verified. If you saw how many things were "on the bench" you'd understand why it takes a while. I have a ton of loaner pedals here and I have to prioritize by what has to go back to it's owner first. is it ba...
