I wonder how the hfe's will range ..I was hoping in the lower 100's as most all of the Russian ger transistors have been always in the lower ranges of there spec's

Anyone try Russian P416b Germanium transistors ?
Looking at some of these & the gains might be a in a usable range & possible a little high hfe 90-200 .Any one try them ?

I have GCB-95 rev c (the one without pcb mounted jacks) & I wanted to do the true bypass mod & add a led & I'm not sure where wire them on the board. I see quite a few instructions on how to do this on the newer models but not the rev c It has the same board as posted on the previous pag...
