Re: Mesa Boogie Throttle Box schematics [schematic]
There is something strange (or not complete) in the schematics around C19 First leaving one of the C19 pins unconnected this will makes some pops, so a high value resistor to ground must be added. Second Mesa adds SW1B switch there to decrease the the gain (drive) from stage around IC1A. With this t...

Re: KORG Pitchblack tuner
It's normal in some situarion to hear some pops with true bypass pedals. To fix this just add two 10meg resistors from the input to ground and from the output to ground to prevent some voltage potentials from otside.
I have the same tuner. It's my favourite one. I will neve change it

Re: E.W.S Tri-Logic II Bass Preamp [traced]
A month ago I get one xotic fretless bas for repair. This bass has the same PCB like this one. Just for fun I trace it. The schematics is the same. Here is the missing parts based on the last schematics: The feedback resistor between the gate and drain is 10Meg The resistor in the opamps feedback wi...

^Thanks! All enclosures are custom made. I use 3d software to make them. Then local company cut the metal sheet, bended it, another company paint my enclosures with powdercoating and another one makes my silkscreen labels. I'm a big Freak Kitchen fan. My logo was inspired from their cow. This is the...

Re: N-audio website
Thanks guys.
There are few typical colors - green, red, blue, black and white. Because the overall tube preamp will be white, I think about the color of the pcb's and I use white gold plated pcb's .

Re: N-audio website
Adding middle in this configuration will be compromise. To make 3 band EQ stage - bass, treble and middle with big Q factor, I need another tube stage. A total of 3 tubes I can get more than 3 band EQ preamp for bass. My goal is small tube box for bass. Not tube preamp. Bass ant treble controls here...

Re: Paul Cochrane - Fat Bastard [documentation]
Actually, this is my vision of electronics. For me this is better. There are nothing dangerous. Just a point of view. Almost any pedal, effect, or electric guitar device have input and output reaction with the "world". If we speak for guitar pedals, best choice is high input impedance and ...

Less than 1K and doesn't depend by volume pot position.
It's always better to have smaller output resistance of any effect.

Re: Paul Cochrane - Fat Bastard [documentation]
I think that this is better
I put smaller input resistor, change protection with schottky diodie. Now we loose 0.2-0.3V, but the diode can't blow
Now we have lower output resistance

Sorry for the error. No one see this
I check the schematics today and see the error. Sorry again.
