Re: Lovepedal Babyface Tremolo

Hi

I was wondering if anyone is working on a schematic and or vero layout...
I'm very interested in the switchable waveform on this tremolo.
Maybe there are other designs where this switch can be added?

Any info very welcome!

Re: Bigfoot FX Magnavibe [traced]

well... just went ahead...
1k instead of 1k8 increases depth, but on vibe i'd still like some more.
a 2K pot works fine, but 5K might be better for people who want a really subtle effect.
i personally like a trem or vibe to be there...

Re: Bigfoot FX Magnavibe [traced]

hi! it's been a while since i posted... stopped building for 3 years, but i'm back to it and enjoying it a lot. just build a magnavibe+ vibe/trem it all works fine. the trimpot does a great job at keeping enough gain on the trem. as stated before, the speed could be slower, but i know what to do to ...

Re: Xotic - RC Booster [traced]

there are some things i don't get either... effect input goes to the inverting input of the first opamp, instead of the "normal" non-inverting input... both non-inverting inputs of the opamp go to Vb without a resistor and have no other connections. lug 1 of vol to Vb all kind of strange i...

Re: Xotic - RC Booster [traced]

if i were to build this circuit without the input and output buffers, would i still need to connect lug 1 of the volume to Vb? or should i connect it the regular way, lug 1 of volume to ground? i don't understand why you would connect lug 1 of the volume to Vb in the first place... first time i ever...

Re: Skreddy - Mayo

I didn't post that? I just found the link for it and thought linking to a layout was an acceptable thing to do, plus I had no idea whos layout it was, didn't mean to offend any one, just help someone out that was looking for a layout that I had come across in my searches. my comment was aimed at wh...

Re: Monster Effects - Swamp Thang [traced]

time to give something back to the forum if there is any interest...
i've been working on a more compact layout for the swamp thang.
it isn't verified yet, but i'm looking it over every hour or so, to check if all is OK.
and i'll build it next week or so.

an interest in a smaller vero layout?

Re: BSM treble boosters?!

But which one is what vintage circuit? GOOGLE is your friend. Do people always have to do all the work for you ? I'm not trying to be an ass, but it seems like you would have searched first - and then not needed to ask - taking up other peoples time. nice one! :applause: if you don't want your time...

Re: Skreddypedals - Mayo

it's a working big muff layout. the mayo sound depends on the components and their values you use, especially the transistors... socketing some (or a lot) of components will give you the ability to tune it to your taste. i liked the sound of the one i build better than any other big muff i played to...
