Different pedal.
The Mayo is a tweaked Big Muff while the Mayonnaise is an exact Triangle muff. Exact as in everything is NOS, matching a vintage triangle in every way. In that auction, even the price is matched with an original

Bravo Bootle. I got a decent coffee-out-of-nose reaction from that one.

Re: Colorsound - Power Boost / Overdriver
Thought as much. The full-bore sound is f'kin awesome though. Luckily I was tuned down to B standard with my LP when I plugged in so I was set for the doomtoneRnFR wrote:yup, I've had this same problem. it was fixed by adjusting transistor bias to 1/2 Vcc on the collector.

Re: Colorsound - Power Boost / Overdriver
Im currently suffering from the same symptom 2. sometimes, with mid gain settings, if I play strings with emphasis, the sound breaks up but not as a distortion/overdrive (like it would normally do), but as a "noise" like "Krrr" (sorry for the poor explanation, I'm Italian and I d...

Re: D*A*M - Meathead [traced]
I'm using 2N3904 and BC182L. Well, I have a little doubt here btw, as the transistor package says "BC182L" but in the transistor itself is only written "BC182". Is it the same thing? I already tried to shoot some pics but I am the worst photographer in the world and I can't make...

Sorry Pawel they've all gone. I should be getting some more and can get some other values as well, so if there's anything anyone wants in particular then let me know and I'll find out whether I can get them and a price. :thumbsup I'd be interested in: 47uf 10uf 4.7uf if you ever decide to order more.

Re: Looking for Shielded Wire to eliminate high pitch squeal on
How and where do i solder the RG-174 cable from the input jack of the pedal to the input of the PCB? Do i only need to solder the sole conductor in the same way as the stranded wire and leave the braided wire aside? Strip the black case and shielding on one side, leaving only the conductor. Heatshr...

Re: Looking for Shielded Wire to eliminate high pitch squeal on
Can anyone recommend me the correct shielded wire to solder to the input and output jacks of a BSIAB2 stompbox? Where can i purchase it? Any website recommendations? I want to eliminate the high pitch squeal produced in a BSIAB2 whenever the level pot is raised over 10% and the drive pot is raised ...

You could feasibly just order direct from "Bob Pan" if you get everyone together for a group buy. I order 100 a time from him and have them shipped to Japan, where I sell them for $2.70 each online  Small profit margin, but there is no actual work apart from putting them in envelopes ...

The wiring looks like vomit. How do they have that board mounted? A dab of glue on one of the pots? Cheap shitty New Sensor boxes and cheap shitty parts. Vomit paint job. What a piece of crap. The thing I don't get about fuzz pedals with a bunch of switches is each so called pedal they switch...

Re: Zvex - Machine
I recently finished my pcb-based build courtesy of the esteemable Mr Madbean. I've had a vero one for a while, but it didn't have the tweak mod. All I can say is that the mod is an absolute must! Turning the SHO gain stage control all the way down and boosting the tweak knob creates one of the great...

I'd say to shitcan the 3005 part of the order; you've been through this rigmarole enough times. I think that if people want 3005s, they can more easily source them themselves. I managed to pick up a couple of Panasonic 3005s (the ones with the triskelion logo) from Japanese parts sellers for $23 re...
