Did you search for marshall mercury, hybrid preamp is solid state, power is EL84. Interesting amp.

Did you look for Marshall potentiometers in tubes and more. Did you look for correct schematic form you amplifier, sometimes MArshall makes 2, 3 variations of same circuit amplifier, by the years.

Sometimes when i'm playing appears a hum and the sounds become saturated, and the bass control has no action when I turn, and the mid pot work like bass pot on/off.

The valvestate 15 have 2 gain, linked each other, and uses LM1875, but my problem is between , before the tonestack.
