Why load down the voltage doubler circuit with a divider when supply could be used to set bias?

Hehe. Hey doods! Suppose it was only a matter of time with this one? People really seemed to like this little OD. Admittedly, it does sound great. :D The above published is not perfect, but its close enough for punk-rock, worth noting: there is a long story behind the development and release of this...

That looks a lot like a Mr. Black layout. They are quite cozy. Very close.... And LP products seem to break into 7 main categories. possibly 8, but I've never seen a trace for the Toxic Fuzz. I didn't know they worked together. I always wanted to work with Jack, but I despise Sean - In my opinion V...

Most pedals don't impress me.roseblood11 wrote:Most of the FV-1 based pedals really don't impress me, but this one sounds really good.
It's really all about the engineer.
Thanks again for noting my work. Best of luck on this one.
Also, schematic published is incorrect.

Re: Generic I/O board for pedals, with bistable relay [documentation]
Is there any particular reason why you guys are interested in a PIC based implementation? Or is it just personal preference? I am asking out of genuine curiosity, as Atmel stuff is becoming more and more popular (thanks to Arduino I guess) and I was looking to start experimenting with programming a...

Kinda but not really. The Boost Tiger is an non-inverting opamp circuit, but that's kinda where the similarities begin to drift apart. It is a great lil low-cost, and highly effective circuit, at the same time it's nothing new under the sun. Build one up for yourself! I provided our schematic to pre...

That's a neat circuit but it is quite a bit different.
Last hint: the pot is 50K, there is 1 100K resistor and everything else is 47K.

Re: Regarding the Jack Deville Deuce Coupe Bypass System
I just noticed that the schematic is available on this forum at this post - https://www.freestompboxes.org/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=22039&hilit=jack+deville . There's a mosfet connected at the output of the pedal with a large resistor that pulls the gate to 0v normally, but a few ms before the r...
