Thanks for the quick reply. I went ahead and ordered a batch of bc108 transistors so I will try replacing them when they arrive. I pulled both transistors off this afternoon and put in some female headers so I'll be able to test w/o resoldering or adding heat. I believe Q1 might be shorted too - I t...
