Apologies for bumping an old thread, but I'm embarking on this build, and as I always do, I screwed something up on my Mouser order. This time I accidentally bought the SMD version of the TL062 instead of the through-hole. Tried to make a go of soldering leads onto the pins so I could use it anyway...

It is a kind volume drop but only in mids and highs.

Problem solved! A 20mH inductor was faulty. Now I can finally close the box (and start with other one )

I tried the 220 ohm resistor between Vbias and mid pot wiper and I can change the volume with the mid pot. I also double checked the wiring around the switch but I didn't find the error yet. I found that the mid pot has no effect on the sound. I tried the 5 positions of the switch (freq selector) but no luck... What could I try?
