Pot Nuts, Bushings??

These are off an old Korean Bass onboard pre that's past it's best.

But they would be handy for mounting the new pots if I could find them in the right thread. Anyone seen anything similar? I'm drawing blanks everywhere.

TIA.

Thanks for that. Thought I had cocked up.

I still have some Fender jack sockets kicking about when I ordered the ones for the FX loop rather than the input

Re: Baja low noise low current drain bass guitar preamp 1212 [documentation]

Okay I'm maybe being a complete noob here hedged with a touch of paranoia because I'm forever ordering the wrong bits. I've ordered the parts up for the 2N5457 version (Because I could get all the bits from one place without hassles). But I've read the schematic as having non-polarised Capacitors. B...

Re: Baja Music Man guitar and bass onboard preamps [documentation]

It could do. One of the reasons I put it into this bass was the original Pre went skyward. I had it passive for a while and it was way too bright. A few people said the MM pres were treble cut as well as boost so thats why I thought I'd give it a go. what has toned it down and made it what I would n...

Re: Baja Music Man guitar and bass onboard preamps [documentation]

Cheers folks I'll go through the whole lot with a VOA. Although I made sure everything was earthed together bar the Blend pot which doesn't have a metal base. Just the thin side. Was feared to solder it incase I melted the pot. Plus none of the diagrams I've seen have had the blend pot earthed to th...

Re: Baja Music Man guitar and bass onboard preamps [documentation]

Pick ups have never been touched. It was active but a pot went (PCB Mount) and I have never been able to source a replacement. Passive for a while and then I done up the pre. Never had any balance problems before, I've had it 15 years or so. Does a blend pot make any difference to the board over a s...

Re: Baja Music Man guitar and bass onboard preamps [documentation]

Hi folks wondering if I could pick some brain cells. I've just done the sabre pre on the vero layout posted earlier in the thread (Swapped out the 1uf for a 10uf) . the bass it's going into is a two pick up job so I wired in a blend pot like http://www.guitarnucleus.com/gitschems/2pkup-blend.jpg The...
