I found this thread talking about the Sarno Black Box. Has anyone here built this or a similar tube based input buffer? Does anyone have a suggestion on where to source the transformer in this design? Any help/insight is much appreciated.

Is there a good source for various pots for pedals anywhere? Mouser is really hit or miss, mostly miss. Seems most of their pots have too long of a shaft (unless I'm doing something wrong). Pedalpartsplus has the style etc that I like (prefer PCB right angle mount) but has a limited selection. Any h...
