Looks like a ceramic multilayer cap to me. Just a regular old capacitor.

As for the code stamp... googling "capacitor LF30" found this page. Looks like that's a lead formation indicator. And I figure "090U" is the capacitance value but I'm not sure what it means. Maybe 90nF?

sorry again... but do someone have any hints how to increase the max resonance of the filter? If I'm reading your posted schematic right, when P7 (resonance pot) is cranked all the way up (max resonance), there's no resistance between R92 and ground. Dropping the resistance further by lowering R92 ...

You can't manage displayed forums while using the 'subsilver2' board style. Clicking on the link gives a general error:

template->_tpl_load_file(): File ./styles/subsilver2/template/ucp_prefs_index.html does not exist or is empty

There is no error while using the default board style.

It's about time I contributed something, so here's some gut shots for ya. Each of the pots has an insert placed underneath which protect against shorts while also covering traces. Right now I'm not willing to risk damaging the pedal by moving them. I like it too much. Sorry.
