So I tested the switch and it passed with flying colors - perfect.
Now I'm truly stumped.
Maybe I should take some gut shots?

Thanks a ton for the replies, guys. How is it that (if the switch is bad) the pedal can go anywhere but bypass mode? I mean, there's no sound and the LED doesn't light, but how can it even switch over from bypass? I'll bet I did fry the switch. I didn't know, until today, that you couldn't heat them...

I was looking around on another forum and started wondering:
Could it be that the 3PDT is shot?
How likely is this, and can it be checked with my ohmmeter?

I don't really get what you mean. Do you measure the DC resistance of the +9V supply path? I put the red tip on the path right where the red wire of the 9v is connected and touch along the path with the black tip. It only makes the meter jump up until where the trace is cut at the jack.
