Re: Devi Ever - Hyperion

Hello lads,

I'm thinking about building this, but I wonder if it needs some sort of power filtering or not.

Re: Multi-effects, power and isolation: supply rail decoupli

Perhaps it's worth mentioning that all sorts of different things will need the juice. A Silicon Tone Bender and maybe a Fuzz Face, definitely a Klon and possibly one other pedal that uses a charge pump. Also, a Big Muff and a pedal to boost that Muff: SHO, LPB-1, RAT, another Muff or even a n00bscre...

Multi-effects, power and isolation: supply rail decoupling ?

Now then lads, Just had one of those lightbulb moments. Trying to cram a bunch pedals and a power supply on a shelf in my rack might not be such a brilliant plan after all. The enclosures take up a lot of room with all the space they need for batteries and footswitches, features that will be useless...

Re: New Fuzz Face-like boxes

These look amazing ! I might want to put one on the shelf in my rack, but I don't know if I have room for one. Could you please tell us the diameter ?

Great project ! That must have taken some time. I'll be sure to keep an eye on this thread.
I really like the rock clip, it has a very nice and distinguished British accent.

Re: Fet version of the JCM800

You can compare the sounds of fet and tube preamp boards. Try to find out who is who on records. I'm still very interested about this. Back when you first posted these clips, I couldn't say which one was the tube amp and which one the FET and I still can't. Could you please spill the beans about wh...

Mic, would you say a chip like this would be good for the Silicon Tone Bender or are the transistors inside it too low on hfe for that ?

Looks very interesting, thank you for sharing ! I don't think I've ever heard the middle pickup in series with the bridge or the neck pickup on a Strat, does it still quack ?

Basic Audio - Scarab Deluxe [traced]

Hello lads, Just came across a clip of this and I like what I hear. It's silicon and Bender-ish and that's about all I could find. Enclosed are two gut shots, sadly without visible what transistors are used and no shots of the trace side. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J70JpHVrVbg you can see more ...
